Meursault's Cigarettes
A pack of 1930s French-Algerian Cigarettes based off of the famous Gauloises French cigarettes. This was created for my adaptation of Albert Camus' The Stranger, which is set in 1938 Algeria. The main character, Meursault, smokes cigarettes throughout the entire book, and this habit is an integral part of his character.
Halloween Horn
A 1930s Halloween party horn made for a period accurate graphics project. I sourced the graphics from various 1930s Halloween and magic show posters. The horn is meant to resemble a party horn printed with lithography.
Nicotina
An oversized cigarette box prop I made for a performance based on the song Nicotina by the band Sparks. The image on the front of the box is a simplified drawing of their Angst In My Pants album cover. I made ten oversized cigarettes with lipstick marks to go inside and be used on stage as well.
